All sold items are dispatched via one of the following couriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Australia Post, TNT Express, and or Fastway AU.
All sold items are dispatched according to the corresponding schedule listed on the product page of the item(s) in question. If this time has been exceeded and your item has still not been dispatched, please feel free to contact our customer care team.
We assume no responsibility for parcels after they have been successfully accepted by the last-mile shipping courier responsible for final delivery to the customer. If an item is in transit and an inquiry arises, we will encourage the customer to contact the logistics company directly for further details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted if the customer receives a defective product, the product is in brand-new condition and still in the original box, or customer support deems it necessary on a situational basis.
Refunds are issued to customers who complete a physical product return, or customer support deems it necessary on a situational basis.
The ability to cancel your order after payment submission is not guaranteed.
